With our recent increase in services being sent it, turnaround time is around 7-10 business days. With the purchase of this Express Service, we will get you your set turned around in 4-5 business days once received. Please reach out with any questions.

This charge is per injector you are sending in. The fee includes the price of the service as well as the expedite fee. 

THE SERVICE INCLUDES: 
1) Injectors are externally cleaned, visual inspected
2) We test injectors for resistance, shorts, and current draw.
3) We perform leak test, spray pattern, and flow rate testing on one of our 5 ASNU flow bench. All data is recorded and sent to you.
4) Remove filter baskets, o-rings, and pintle caps. Metal injectors are bead blasted to remove old paint and rust from the injector body.
5) The injectors are placed in a heated ultrasonic bath to insure that the injector is free of dirt and contaminants that could hinder the rest of the process.
6) The injectors are now put into another ultrasonic system while they are pulsed allowing the ultrasonic energy to dislodge any particles and build-up inside the injectors. 
7) The injectors are now back flowed to remove all debris, etc.
8) The injectors are now returned to the flow bench for retesting of all functions. The data from this test is returned to you in detail with your injectors.
9) The injectors are now refinished with high temp paint. the stainless steel injectors are polished to a high finish.
10) One of our techs. now reassembles the injector, using all new parts. 
11) The injectors are then vac sealed and packaged for shipment along with the old parts.

Express and injectors not working.

I waited a lot longer than I was told I’d wait. When I received my injectors my afrs went from normal to running super rich. When they got sent off I was told they wasn’t clogged or nothing was wrong just had a good cleaning and changed gaskets or seals. I received them back and now my bike won’t even stay running. I spent over $200 for these to be cleaned. I’m so upset and mad. I was told to send them back and get them checked out but they were working fine? No they were not when u received them. My motorcycle will not stay running. I have to pay more shipping just to return a mess up because my injectors were rushed to be finished. I would like my injectors repaired or replaced.

Mostly satisfied

While I’m extremely satisfied with the turn around of the injectors (I think 4 days from when FIC received them to when I got them back), I expected the injectors to be tested before being rebuilt. I wouldn’t have sent the injectors to be rebuilt had I known they wouldn’t be tested first.
