Corvette, Camaro 1986 - 1992 22 LB Bosch 3 Injector Kit With Gaskets And Rail O-Rings

Install took 3 attempts to successfully finish with no leaks, DEBURR YOUR FUEL RAILS!! After two ripped o rings and much frustration, I spoke with a tech at FIC who suggested checking the fuel rails for sharp edges. That was the ticket. 91 corvette was running poorly before, also eliminated several vacuum leaks. Feels like I added 100 hp! Well worth the trouble.

Hello This project has been delayed for various reasons. The new injectors are in, I torqued down the 4 bolts on the fuel rail to 20 psi which my spec's tell me it should be, however 2 injectors are leaking fuel located on the passengers side back close to the distributor. Can you tell me if 20 or so is the correct torque or should it be more? FYI all of the O rings were lubricated.

The injectors and gaskets fitted as promised. The car now runs and drives as it should IE lumpy idle and missfire all gone. I could not be happier.
